Wiring Instructions
Connect the red wire to the positive pole of the power supply, the black wire (or blue wire) to the negative pole, the yellow wire for speed control signal input, and the white wire for signal feedback. If there is no signal input or output, the yellow wire must be connected to the positive pole of the power supply in parallel with the red wire, and the white wire can be ignored. Special precautions for using fans:
1. Do not touch the blades or pull the power cord forcefully to prevent the power cord from wrapping around the fan, as this may cause damage to the shaft and power cord;
2. Please avoid dust, water droplets, and small insects from entering, which may affect the lifespan and result in defective products;
3. Do not use in flammable gases or any hazardous environments;
4. Do not use this fan in high temperature environments above 70 ℃. Using this fan in high temperature environments above 70 ℃ may affect performance;
5. The fan should be used within six months of purchase. Long term storage may affect the performance of the fan due to the storage environment;
6. When installing the fan, please pay special attention to the noise caused by resonance or vibration;
7. When the fan falls during transportation or operation, it will have several impacts on the balance of the blades, especially the ball bearings to avoid falling;
8. The torque of the screws on the lock shell shall not exceed 4Kgf; Please do not use screwdrivers, iron bars, or other objects to block the rotating fan, as this can damage the fan;

Nine precautions for selecting centrifugal fans
1. The main control parameters for centrifugal fans are air volume, total pressure, efficiency, specific sound pressure level, speed, and motor power.
2. Centrifugal fans are divided into three pressure levels: high pressure P>3000Pa, medium pressure 1000 ≤ P ≤ 3000Pa, and low pressure P<1000Pa. When selecting, different types of centrifugal fans should be chosen based on the physical and chemical properties of the transported gas, as well as their different uses.
When selecting a centrifugal fan, the leakage loss and calculation error of the pipeline system should be considered, as well as the negative deviation of the actual air volume and air pressure of the centrifugal fan. Generally, a safety factor of 1.05~1.1 air volume and 1.10~1.15 air pressure is adopted. However, it is also not advisable to use an excessively high safety factor to prevent the centrifugal fan from operating in a low efficiency zone for a long time.
4. Pay attention to the matching relationship between the resistance characteristics of the pipeline network and the characteristics of the centrifugal fan. To ensure stable operation of the centrifugal fan, it should be operated near its highest efficiency point. The operating point of the centrifugal fan is located on the right side of the peak point of total pressure in the performance curve (i.e. on the high air volume side, and generally at 80% of the peak point of total pressure). The design efficiency of the fan should not be lower than 90% of the maximum efficiency of the fan.
When using a variable frequency centrifugal fan, the total pressure loss calculated by the system should be used as the rated wind pressure, but the fan motor power should be added to the calculated value by 15% to 20%.
When the operating conditions of the fan (such as gas temperature, atmospheric pressure, etc.) are inconsistent with the sample operating conditions of the fan, the performance of the fan should be corrected.
When choosing a centrifugal fan, careful comparison should be made, and products with higher efficiency, smaller machine size, lighter weight, and larger adjustment range should be prioritized.
When choosing a centrifugal fan, not only should the one-time investment be considered, but more importantly, the long-term economic operation effect should be taken into account.
When multiple fans are running in parallel or series, it is advisable to choose centrifugal fans of the same model.
